About
The Onyx Journal of Arts & Visual Culture (OJAVC) is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal published by Onyx Press. OJAVC publishes scholarly articles, critical essays, exhibition reviews, and visual studies that engage with the visual arts, art history, theory of art, and contemporary cultural practices. The journal welcomes interdisciplinary work that connects art with philosophy, technology, politics, and society, and is committed to fostering dialogue among artists, critics, historians, and theorists across global and regional contexts.
